My sentiment was stamped on Sweet Tooth cardstock, and then punched out with my SU oval punches.

My second card uses the new Lil' Buckaroos set, which I used the Lulu image from, again. I stamped her on X-Press It Blending card, and some MME Unforgettable paper, and then colored parts of her with Copics. Her shirt and bandanna were then paper pieced with some of the Unforgettable paper. I used Bazzil's Rock Candy, Banana Split, and Lollipop cardstock, and MFT's Sweet Tooth. My twine is from Hemptique, and I used Michael's brads. On my background, I used the Rounded Banner Stax Die-namics from MFT, as well as the Western Border Die-namics. To finish, I added my sentiment flag, and a horseshoe cut out from the MFT Western Charms Die-namics.(all MFT products can be found on their website).

TSG194-Flowers

This week's challenge at There She Goes is all about flowers. We are kicking off your There She Goes Again week with this challenge, so I bet you can guess what theme this month's sets have: flowers! We are featuring the sets: Bloom, Forever, and Sweet Pea, so stay tuned to the  There She Goes blog for a daily recap of these three fabulous sets.

For my card today, I used one of my all time favorite sets from There She Goes, Bloom. I stamped my flowers on X-Press It blending card, and then colored it with my Copics. It was then cut out with the Oval Stax Die-namics from MFT, and layered with a Hot Fudge cut out of the Oval Decorative Doily Duo Die-namics. For my background, I used the MME Mabel paper pad, and the MFT Designer Label 1 Stax Die-namics. To finish, I added some Michael's brads, a spiral clip, and a bow made with some Hot Fudge vintage seam binding.

Well, that is it for me for now! Be sure to head to the There She Goes blog for more info on this challenge, and to see which of the fabulous Trendsetters are playing along. Have a great day!

TSG193...A Little Late

I am running really behind this week in my posting...we will blame the post release funk/too much real life work, yes?

Anyway, I wanted to play along with this week's There She Goes challenge, which you still have til tomorrow night(Sunday, February 10th) to play along in! It is an inspiration challenge based on a GORGEOUS photo provided by Sandra.

I used the SUPER cute new The Doxie With Moxie stamp set, which I paired with Fossil, Wild Cherry, and Gumdrop Green cardstock from My Favorite Things. I colored my images with Copics, and created this cute little scene. It reminded me of a mom and baby, so I wanted to keep the theme about love, but in a less romantic way. I used the Rustic Hearts Die-namics from MFT to create my heart chain, and the Fishtail Flags Staxs Die-namics for my background. To connect the hearts, I used hemp cord from MFT, and I added a spiral clip with Wild Cherry Grosgrain on it to embellish. To finish, I used the Sentiment Strips Die-namics from MFT for my sentiment.

Well, that is it for me for now! Be sure to check out the There She Goes blog for more details, and to hurry up and play along!! Have a great day!

For embellishments, I used some Kraft ribbon, a spiral clip, Michael's brads, and a Bubblegum button with hemp cord tied through it. I used the Fishtail Banner Die-namics.
