For my first card tonight, I used the GORGEOUS new Inspired By Months set. I LOVE the scripty font on this set, and I wanted to make a card featuring the January flower, which is a carnation(from Inpsired By Flowers 1). I started by stamping my flower with Memento Tuxedo Black on X- Press It blending card, and then colored it with my Copics. It was then layered with Red Hot and Black Licorice. I used the Ticket Tab Die-namics for my sentiment, and the Fancy Flourish Die-namics for my Red Hot flourishes. My scallops were made with the Simply Scalloped Medium Die-namics. The paper I used is from the MME Meadow Lark line. I also used some Michael's brads, and MFT Red Collection Ribbon.

For my second card, I just COULD NOT resist the new Fred Bear!! I stamped him on X-Press It Blending card, and then colored him with my Copics. His blanket was paper pieced with some Everyday Flair paper from MME. I layered him with Bashful Blue, Marigold Morning, and Red Hot. For the sentiment, I used the new Mix and Match Banner Die-namics. My ribbon is White Twill from the Ribbon Carousel, and my twine is Maraschino from MFT. The Simply Scalloped Medium Die-namics was used as well.

For the inside, I used more of the Everyday Flair paper, and another sentiment from this set. Instead of using the "hugs" from the sentiment, I cut it out with the new By the Letters Die-namics.

Here are the Die-namics I have used:

Well, that is it for me for now! Be sure to check out Kim's Blog to see which other designers are participating in today's teasers.
