Hey everyone, and happy Wednesday!! That means it is time for another Wednesday Stamp Club challenge from My Favorite Things! It's MY favorite sketch challenge!
For my card today, I used my new favorite sentiment set, You Make My Day. I stamped my saying on Whip Cream cardstock with Black Licorice ink. My paper is from the MME Collectable "Notable" paper pad, which I used for my Rounded Banner Trio Die-namics tab at the top, and my Large Hybrid Heirloom Rose Die-namics. My border was cut out of Banana Split(Bazzil) cardstock using the Little Open Scalloped Strip Die-namics. I added the Large Leaf Filled Flourish Die-namics, cut out of Sour Apple cardstock, to accent my flower, and some Michael's brads were used as embellishments as well.
Here are the Die-namics I have used:
We encourage you all to play along, and to enter your card in the weekly draw for a $15 gift voucher to the MFT Boutique. Simply follow the sketch and create a card or other paper creation. You may use any stamps and supplies that you wish. Each week, a keyword is assigned to the sketch. All you need to do to enter, is upload your card to the gallery at SCS, and enter the given keyword in the keyword box, during the upload process. After the deadline, we randomly choose a winner from that week's entries and the winner will receive a $15 gift voucher. If the winning card uses MFT stamps, the participant will earn a $5 bonus, for a total of a $20 gift voucher! That is up to $100 per month in prizes, JUST for playing along. We hope you'll join us in 2013.
Check out the FAQ - Wednesday Stamp Club thread if you need any further info on this challenge or help on how to upload your card to the gallery. Upload your creation to SCS using keyword MFTWSC111 for a chance to win this week prize (see above). You have until noon Tuesday, February 19th to play along.
Well, that is it for me for now! Be sure to check out the MFT blog for a full list of designers participating in today's sketch!
