Let The June Teaser's Begin!

 It's time for this month's My Favorite Things teasers to begin!!  For all the important information concerning this release, head on over to the MFT Blog from today through June 11th.

For my card tonight, I used the GORGEOUS new Blissful Butterflies stamp set. I stamped my butterflies with the new Grapesicle ink on X-Press It blending card after using the new Blissful Butterflies Die-namics to cut out my butterflies. I used the new Blueprints 4 Die-namics to create my card. I cut my base layer out with Smooth White,then used the Blueprints 4 Die-namics to cut out my next layer from Kraft cardstock. My scallops were cut out using Smooth White cardstock, and layered it with Grapesicle cardstock. My paper is from the MME Fiddlesticks paper pad, and I layered my butterflies on top of that. I used some Sweet Tooth grosgrain on a spiral clip, and some hemp twine around the base. To finish, I added some brads.

For the inside, I used more of the same supplies, including stamping the sentiment with Kraft ink.

Crazy 4 Summer

I haven't played in the Crazy 4 Challenges challenge in awhile, and I'm sorry for that. What a bad team member I have been! I get so busy with work and  things just get pushed to the back burner, but I am going to make an effort to be better.....I'm the WoRST procrastinator EVER!!!!

Anywho, this week's challenge was to make a card or project with a summer theme, and since I am ALL ABOUT summer right now, I couldn't not play along! 

I used the MME Summer Splash paper pad again, and paired it with Perfect Pinwheel stamp set, and matching Perfect Pinwheel Die-namics. I used Electric Red cardstock for my stick(I just cut a strip of paper,nothing fancy!), and the border at the top. It was made with the Dotted Scallop Border Trio Die-namics. To finish, I embellished my card with Sour Apple, Electric Red, and Nightshift Blue buttons and hemp twine.

I used more of the same on the inside, including another sentiment from this super cute set.

MFTWSC126-A Wish For You

Hey everyone, and happy Wednesday!! That means it is time for another Wednesday Stamp Club challenge from My Favorite Things! It's MY favorite sketch challenge!

For my card today, I used the SUPER cute new Make a Wish Pure Innocence set. I LOVE this line of stamps, and it makes me so nostalgic for my youth..lol. When I see dandelions now, I think of weeds and if you blow on them, you are JUST going to get MORE....but back then, I truly loved making wishes and hoping they would come true!

I won't bother you with much detail, but I have the inlinkz below directing you to all the FABULOUS products I have used on this creation, mostly from MFT. I am currently in love with summer, and the idea of summer, and everything summer-esque, so I used the MME Summer Splash paper pad. Super cute, right?

For my inside, I added some more stars, and the star border, and another sentiment from this set. One of the great things about clear stamps...you can make them bend a little if you wanna!!

For my card today, I used the SUPER cute set from Kraftin' Kimmie-Totally Tubular. I colored Lucas with my Copics, and paper pieced his tube with some MME Summer Splash paper. He was layered with Banana Split(bazzill), Red Hot, and Nightshift Blue(MFT). I used Michael's brads, Sweet Tooth Grosgrain, and the MFT Sunshine Die-namics for my sun.

It has been awhile since we released a flower set from Torico, so this month, we have a GORGEOUS one from her! I can only imagine the elegant cards you all will make with this gorgeous set.

I went really simple with this card, mostly because I have insomnia and have slept less than 10 hours in four days, and also because the main image is SO gorgeous! I colored it with Copics, and layered it with Banana Split(Bazzil) and Grapesicle cardstock(MFT). I used some MME Oliver paper, and Grapesicle grosgrain, and that was all.

Happy Birthday Bestie!!

Today is one of my most favorite people's birthday, and we are celebrating her birthday with a little blog hop!! 

If you don't already know her, and you haven't been hopping, it's Jessica Knutsen's, owner of There She Goes Clear Stamps, birthday. Her birthday always falls during release week, but we didn't want her to think we forgot her, so we interrupt this regularly scheduled program to say Happy Birthday to one of my bestest friends! I love you so much, and can't imagine what my world would be like without you in it!

MWAHHHH!

I made this card for Jessica using the SUPER cute new Amalia Ballerina. I wanted to use her during the peeks, but decided today was the PERFECT day to show her off! I paired her with the Sentimental Birthday's set, some MME Oliver paper, and Nightshift Blue, Smooth White, Berrylicious, and Banana Split cardstock. I finished it up by embellishing her with some Nightshift Blue grosgrain, a Nightshift Blue, Berrylicious, and Sweet Tooth button with hemp through them, and some Michael's brads.

I used a Smooth White cardstock base, then layered my MME paper with Orange Fizz and more Smooth White from My Favorite Things. I used the Sentiment Strips Die-namics for my sentiment, which I embellished with an Orange Fizz button and Hemp Cord. The ribbon on my card is Sweet Tooth grosgrain, and I used some Michael's brads to embellish. Gloria was colored on X-Press it blending card, then cute her out with my Circle Stax Die-namics. For her layer, I used the Open Scalloped Doily Die-namics in Orange Fizz.

For my card today, I used the fun new Right on Target stamp set. I stamped my sentiment on Smooth White cardstock with Factory Green ink. I cut my paper out with the Fishtail Flags Stax Die-namics. For my card base, I used Smooth White, Berrylicious, Factory Green cardstocks, and MME patterned paper. To embellish my card, I used a Sweet Tooth button, some hemp cord, and Michael's brads. The feathers were cut out with the new Feathers and Arrows Die-namics.

For the inside, I used more of the same supplies.

Amalia/Poppy Blog Hop Challenge
