February Creative Challenge-Clean and Simple

The MFT Design Team Creative Challenge is a monthly feature, where we are challenged to explore our creative side using a specific theme, product, or technique.
This month, we were challenged to create clean and simple projects - without the use of any pattern paper.
Be sure to check out the MFT Blog for a list of all participating designers who have a clean and simple project to share with you today.

For my first card I used the Inspired by Butterflies stamp set. I stamped my sentiment with Black Licorice on X-press It blending card. For my butterflies, I used the Butterflies Die-namics in Nightshift Blue, Blu Raspberry, Berrylicious and Sno Cone cardstock. To finish, I added some Michael's brads to the bottom of my card.

For my second card, I used a sentiment from the All Smiles set, and paired it with the new Button Border Die-namics. I cut it out of Black Licorice cardstock for the base, and then used Grape Jelly, Gumdrop Green, Orange Fizz, Wild Cherry. and Lemon Drop cardstock for my accent buttons. I used some Hemp Cord tied through the buttons. My sentiment was stamped with Black Licorice ink on Fossil cardstock.

Here are the Die-namics I have used:

Well, that is it for me for now! Be sure to head to the MFT blog for a list of all the other designers that are participating in today's challenge.
