Now let's get hoppin' and shoppin'!!

For my card tonight, I used the SUPER fun new Gamer Girl set. I just LOVE her, and I had SO much fun creating this scene. I mean, what girl WOULDN'T want polka dotted walls, and a amazing floor?? She was colored with Copics, then cut out and popped up on my scene. It was created with some MME Happy Go Lucky paper, and then layered with Sour Apple, Blu Raspberry(MFT), and Orchid Opulence paper(SU). I used Sour Apple grosgrain, Sour Apple, Blu Raspberry, and  Grape Jelly buttons, hemp cord, and some brads from Michael's for my embellishments.

Well, that is it for me for now!! Have fun hopping!

  1. Oooh I like the color combinations and how you cut her out and placed the background in there. The paper piercing is a very nice touch.

  2. This stamp really speaks to me: I remember when it was "weird" for a girl to like video games, and I like that it's becoming more acceptable. Video games transported me to another world when I was a little girl, and having a stamp show that pure joy is really exciting. I love that your color choices reflect that: bright green like an Xbox alongside more feminine colors like pink and turquoise. :)
