Surprise!!

This month's Guest Designer contest for My Favorite Things is still underway, and I am in LOVE with this month's sketch, so I had to play with it!!

For my card, I used the new a la mode set, Big Birthday Wishes. I stamped her on X-Press It blending card, and then colored her with my Copics. She was then cut out, and placed on my Simple Stories Happy Day, and Hot Fudge layer that were cut out with the Rounded Banner Stax Die-namics. I used the Oval Chain Border Die-namics on my base, along with more of the paper. My other cardstock colors are Cranberry Crisp from SU(really OLD SU), and Jellybean Green. To finish, I used three buttons: Wild Cherry, Orange Fizz, and Hot Fudge, with some Hemp Cord, Michael's brads, Hot Fudge Grosgrain, and a spiral clip. The sentiment panel was created using the Sentiment Strips Die-namics.

For the inside, I used more of the same supplies.

Have a great day!!

Jessie, I love your colors! I love the die-namics! I love your fussy cutting (now that papercrafters are using the term I'm using it all the time -- I thought it was just for quilting! :) )

Autumn colors are my favs and you've warmed them so! And I love the buttons too! I need to case this idea! (all of the ideas!)
