It's a la mode Night!!

Welcome to day five of this month's New Release Teasers from My Favorite Things! Tonight is à la mode night, and our two new sets this month are Fight Like a Girl and Sweetest Pumpkin in the Patch.

Here are the details about the upcoming release on October 4 at 10 PM EST:

  • The MFT release is on October 4 at 10 PM EST. You can attend the release party from 8-10 PM EST here in the forum for fun, games, and prizes! All the new sets and dies will be available October 4 at 10 PM EST.

  • The guest designer contest is ON! Check out the forum for details on how YOU can win over $100 in stamp sets and play along with the DT for a month.

For my card, I started by stamping my Sweetest Pumpkin in the Patch image on X-Press It Blending card, and then colored her with my Copics. I then layered it Orange Fizz, Hot Fudge, and Bayou Blue. I used paper from the MME Six by Six All Spice pack, and my ribbon is from the Ribbon Carousel(Walnut Seam Binding). I used Michael's brads, as well. For my border, I used the new Postage Stamp Border Die-namics, and my sentiment was stamped on the Oval Tab Die-namics.







For the inside, I used more of the same paper and Die-namics border, and added another sentiment from this adorable set.

    Love the darker greens and browns used on this card with the splash of orange and blue! Great design and that postage die border really pops!
