Hey Everyone!! I finally crawled out of my post release coma, and decided to stamp!! LOL!! I should REALLY learn not to procrastinate, LOL!!
It is time for another Crazy 4 Challenges, challenge, and today's challenge is a great one!
Our challenge this week is a .... Recipe Challenge – Use only LEAF images, your card must include a rust or burnt orange color (but is not limited to only this color), only 2 fibers (ribbon, lace, twine, fabric) and only 3 embellishments (but whether you choose to use just 3 embellishments, or 3 different types of embellishments is your call!) No leaf images? Use a plant or flower with leaves image!
If you decide to play along with us, all you have to do is create a card/project and upload it to your blog and/or to your SCS Gallery using the keyword C4C108. Don't forget to come back here and link it on Mr Linky so that everyone else can see it too.
For my card tonight, I used the Nature of Friendship set from There She Goes. I started by stamping my sentiment with Memento Rich Cocoa ink. I then stamped my leaf images with Colorbox Chalk Inks...don't know the specific colors, but they are part of one of the "flowers". I then cut that out with my Cuttlebug and Oval Nesties. It was layered with Orange Fizz, Really Rust, and Hot Fudge. I sponged the edges with Rich Cocoa ink, to soften it up a bit...wish I hadn't now, but oh well, lol. My paper is from the MME Stella and Rose Mabel pack. I used two different ribbons from the Ribbon Carousel, Walnut Seam binding and Brown Grosgrain Looped Edge ribbon. My brads are from Michael's and my spiral clip is from Creative Express.
Well, that is it for me for now! Thanks for stopping by, and have a great day! Be sure to pop by and see what all the other Crazies have created!!

Jessie, LOVE the post release coma! Great image! (not the leaves, although they are nice, the great image is a coma induced by a stamp release!) Great card too! AND, confession from me time -- my husband's "people" hail from Washington, IN! Although he's from Huntington.
