Isn't this Cardinal Christmas set from SU GORGEOUS!!! I LOVE it and I have had it for awhile, so I was DYING to get it inky today!!
I started by stamping my image in Black Stazon then I colored it in with my SU reinkers(Riding Hood Red) and SU markers. For the shading on the bird, I added some Ruby Red marker, but the body was colored with a blender pen and reinker. I outlined my image with my Copic Warm Grey marker(W3). I then layered it with Riding Hood Red, Old Olive, and Chocolate Chip. The DP is from the Ski Slope DSP and the ribbon is from the Alpine originals, except what is on the clips, it is RHR taffeta. I followed
Beate's sketch and VIOLA..it was done...GORGEOUS!! Gotta go, DH is taking me to dinner...SHOCKING!!
