January Kraftin' Kimmie Skrappy Challenge!

Hey there stampers, and welcome to the very first time I have ever played along with the Kraftin' Kimmie Skrappy Challenge!!  I don't scrapbook, but this isn't JUST a scrapbook challenge, nope, nope nope!

 For this challenge you can create ANYthing your little heart desires as long as it's NOT a card!!!  Calendars, bookmarks, pocket pages, traditional scrap pages, holiday gifties...  Come play along with us each month and let's get some of those photo's out of boxes and on to something creative and fun!!  You will have a whole month to play along and you can play as many times as you like!   Here are a few things to remember...

THIS MONTH'S THEME: ANYTHING GOES!!!

1.  Create ANY scrap page, Project Life Layout or pocket page cards, altered item, etc.  JUST NOT A CARD!
2.  MUST use Kraftin Kimmie stamps to be entered in to the drawing.
3.  You have a month to play, enter AS MANY TIMES as you'd like!
4.  PRIZES?!?  Of course there are prizes!!  Once we've reached 5 entires, we draw a random winner (winner will be drawn at the close of the challenge)!!
5.  You have until Monday, February 15th @ 9:00 pm Eastern. to get your entires in.
6.  Be sure to also share your creations on our Krafty Friends FB page so we can all drool and OOHHHH and AHHHHH!

This shadow box was a gift I created for my daddy for Christmas using one of Becky's Beautiful Sets, Sweet Summer Sentiments. My family has a new summer tradition...a corn hole tournament. At that tournament, my aunt took some pictures of my family together, minus my adorable nephews who were with their dad, and the best picture I have seen of my Dad and brother since my brother Bud graduated high school. My Dad always says how he doesn't want gifts, but one like this...well, he can't tell me no to!!

The Cat's Pajama's Release Is Here, and the new TCP Tues Challenge!!

We've finally made it through all the sneak peeks, and now it's finally time for our Shop and Hop!!

The hop started at Deborah's Blog, so be sure to head there to get started with all the fun!

For my card, I decided to use a set I hadn't got to do a peek for yet, and use the only CutUp I hadn't used yet! I used the Just Let It Happen set, which is OMG hilarious....seriously, I can't stand how funny it is.  The CutUp I used is the Love Topper. It's so fun!!

Since it is hop time, and also a TUESDAY, it is TCP TUESDAY time as well!!

This Tuesday we are starting another ANYTHING GOES challenge, and here are the details if you want to play along!!

1. Every other Tuesday a new challenge will be posted on The Cat’s Pajamas blog as well as on our Facebook page.
2. If you want to play along you just upload your design to The Cat’s Pajamas blog page using the InLinkz button below.
3. You must have your project posted by the Monday, 11:55 EDT before the next challenge to be eligible to win the Cat Cash.
4. Cards and projects are not required to use a Cat’s Pajamas Stamp or CutUps die but if you do the Cat Cash amount increases.
5. On the following TCP Tuesday, the week’s winner will be chosen from the previous challenge and will receive a Cat Cash Voucher for $10 or $15 if a TCP product is used.

Kraftin' Kimmie Shop and Hop!!

It's finally here!!! The RELEASE of our very first new stamp sets of 2016!!! And it's totally PAW-some!! 

We've released ALL the new clear stamp sets that we've been previewing all week and we're celebrating with an amazing Krafty HOP! So grab a nice hot beverage and put your feet up because you will need a few relaxing minutes to enjoy all the gorgeousness by our design team!!

For my card today, I used the super cute Talk to the Animals set from Cheryl Grant. She's always been one of my favorite artists, and this set is no exception. I used the Lulu image from the set this time, and paired it with some fun MME paper. My cardstock is from both MFT and Bazzill. I used MFT buttons and grosgrain in Steel Grey, Lemon Drop, and Blu Raspberry. My other embellishments are Michael's brads and spiral clips.

We have two beautiful sets from artist, Annie Rodrigue called MINNIE, MAISIE & ME! and PURR-FECT PRINCESS!

There's a sweet new set by artist Cheryl Grant called

We've got a very special set by artist Emilie Goulet called

A FURRY SURPRISE! What's extra special about this set is that Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps will be donating a portion of the sale of each of this set to a local non-profit animal rescue organization! We want to help take care of our furry friends who are in need of rescue!

Lastly we have two fun new sets from artist, Becky Pearce called A PURR-FECT DAY! and TOTALLY PAW-SOME!

Kraftin' Kimmie January Peeks Day 5!

Hey there Krafty friends, and welcome back to Day FIVE of our January Krafty Previews!!! We're back today with our final set of the new release of clear stamps!  We've got another set of sweet furry friends from artist Becky Pearce!

It's called TOTALLY PAW-SOME! and has so many images and fun extra stampy elements to play with plus a bunch of sweet sentiments for a total of EIGHTEEN stamps including a fun thought bubble!!!

I love this super adorable little doggy, and the set is just to cute! I decided to go with a subtle color scheme. I used cardstock from MFT in Spearmint, and SU in Blush Blossom and Barely Banana. My DP is from MME. I used MME and Michael's buttons, a spiral clip and Michael's brads.

TCP Peeks Day 5-Always

Welcome back for day FIVE of this month's The Cat's Pajamas sneak peeks!! Today we are featuring our new Small Envie CutUps. 

I paired the new Small Envie CutUps with the new Always CutUp.....it made me sort of sad using it, because I am still in mourning over the death of Alan Rickman. He will forever be a part of my soul, and the line from Harry Potter will always stay in my mind when I think of him. Always.  I paired my CutUps with some Simple Stories paper, and MFT and SU cardstock. The MFT color cardstock, and button, is Blu Raspberry, and I used Kraft from there as well. 

My card is also for this week's Crazy 4 Challenges, challenge. We are having a sketch challenge this week, so be sure to check it out here!!

Kraftin' Kimmie January Peeks Day 4!!

Welcome back to day FOUR of this month's Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Release!!! Today's set is PAWSITIVELY AWESOME!! No really, it is!

It's called A PURR-FECT DAY and has so many images and stampy elements to play with plus a bunch of sweet sentiments for a total of EIGHTEEN stamps including a fun thought bubble!!!

For my card today, I decided to create a little bit of a striped kitty.....I usually like to make my animals with spots, but this kitty needed stripes. I gave her some balls of yarn to play with, and to carry on the ball and stripe them, I used some fun MME paper. I also cut my image, and paper panels out using the Circle Stax Die-namics.

TCP Peeks Day 4!!

I'm back with a card for our fourth day of peeks from The Cat's Pajamas!!

Today we are peeking the new Conversation Hearts set, and since it pairs PERFECTLY with the new Nested Hearts CutUps, well...of course you will be seeing it a lot, too!

I used the new set along with some paper from Echo Park, and Steel Grey CS from MFT. My buttons are from MFT as well, and I used some May Arts ruffled ribbon. Along the bottom, where I used sentiments from the Conversation Hearts set, I used some Red Stickles to separate my sentiments....haven't used those in a VERY long...mostly because I lace the patience to allow things to dry. Hey, I'm all about telling you the truth, ok?!!

Hey there Krafty Friends, and welcome to day THREE of this week's Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps release peeks!! 
Today we are sharing previews featuring a FUN and FURRY new stamp set by artist Emilie Goulet!  These sassy pets are SO much fun to color!!!  It's called A FURRY SURPRISE!!

I will not tell you the full details of the making of this card...mostly because I don't really remember making it. I've been sick, I went to urgent care, it was 3am....drugs, tired, you get the picture. Regardless.....ISN'T IT CUTE??!!!!  Look at that spotted kittie, don't you just want to take him home and let him live with you? Or, from my experience with cats, allow you to live with him?

Kraftin' Kimmie January Peeks Day Two!

Welcome Krafty Friends to Day TWO of our January Krafty Previews!!! We're back with another day of previews featuring our furry and not-so-furry little friends!  I hope you're lovin' them!

Today we are sharing a sweet new set by artist,
Cheryl Grant!  It features our favorite kiddos, Lulu and Lucas and of course, their little animal pals!

I used the Lucas image from this set, and paired it with some MME Lime Twist paper, and made a sweet little scene. I love this image with him talking to his cute little animal friends. I adore it!
