Kraftin' Kimmie-Day Two

Welcome back to Day TWO of the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps  MARCH previews!!!  We are back with a fabulous new Moonlight Whispers stamp set!!  You'll love these two SASSY showgirls along with the FOUR fun sentiments!!

Today the Krafty Girls and I are thrilled to share with you.....SHOW STOPPERS!!  There are lots of amazing creations on today's hop featuring both new images and sentiments from the set!!  We know you are just going to LOVE these classy, sassy ladies and be inspired by all the fun designs!!

For my Showstopper, I paired my girl with some Lillybee Designs Victoria Park paper. I used Smooth White, Black Licorice, Blu Raspberry, and Razzle Berry cardstock from MFT. To embellish, I used Black Licorice grosgrain, a spiral clip, and brads. I did add some glitter to her feathers, and cut out the panel behind her with the Hearts Stax Die-namics.

March Kraftin' Kimmie Peeks Begin!!

Welcome to day ONE of our MARCH Kraftin' Kimmie Peeks!!! Today we are excited to share a supah cute new set by artist Thais Narciso!! We'll guarantee you haven't seen anything like these adorable SLOTHS before!!! We are sharing samples today featuring.......WANNA HANG?!

I am in love with these super cute sloths...seriously, baby sloths are probably one of the cutest creatures to grace our planet. I colored him on X-Press It blending card with my Copics, and I layered it with Steel Grey, Orange Fizz, and Blu Raspberry from MFT. My paper is from an MME paper pad, and I used brads, spiral clips, and some Sweet Tooth grosgrain.

Go! Fight! Win!-Chi Chi Memories

Hey everyone! I am back with this week's Chi Chi Memories card, and today I am using the super cute, and newly released, Fighter Girl set.

She was printed on X-Press It blending card from MFT. I colored her with Copics, and then layered her with Electric Red and Nightshift Blue. My paper is from a MME paper pad, and I layered them with Banana Split. I embellished her with some Sweet Tooth Grosgrain from MFT, Michael's brads, and a spiral clip. I used a few sentiments from the GO! FIGHT!WIN! set from The Cat's Pajamas.

Wonderful Wednesday-Nerd is the Word

Welcome to another Wonderful Wednesday challenge and the FIRST one for MARCH!! And as always....it's ANYTHING GOES!!

For my card this week, I used the super cute new Smarty Pants set. I stamped her on X-Press It blending card, and then colored her with my Copics. The paper I used on my card is Simple Stories 24/7, and I used Kraft, Smooth White, Electric Red, and Nighshift Blue cardstock from MFT with it. To embellish, I used some Sweet Tooth grosgrain, Michael's brads, and some buttons from MFT in Lemon Drop, Electric Red, and Nightshift Blue.

Your submission must use at least one Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp but can be any theme, any style, any design and it can be a card, a scrapbook page, an altered item....you name it!! It must be a NEW creation and you can enter on this post until Tuesday, March 11th!! What do you think.....wanna WIN??

Guest Designing...HI!!

I was recently asked by the girls at Chi Chi Memories if I would like to do some guest designing for them....I haven't been able to say yes for so long, that it felt awesome being able to say yes!! I love promoting new companies, and playing with other people's artwork...hopefully they won't regret letting me in, lol!!

This set was just released on March 1st, and is called Let's Be Friends-Girl. I printed her out on X-Press It blending card, and then colored her with my Copics. She was then layered with Bubblegum, SOur Apple, and Blu Raspberry cardstock. I used some green gingham paper from Jillibean Soup, and added some Fancy Flourish Die-namics in Smooth White cardstock. My ribbon is Sweet Tooth grosgrain, and I used spiral clips to attach it. I finished with some brads, and for my sentiment, I added the hi using an MFT Happy Hellos Die-namics.

For my card today, I chose to add some diecut roses using the Mini Rolled Rose Duo Die-namics from MFT. I also added some wings using the Flutter By Die-namics from MFT. I used Electric Red, Orange Fizz, and Sour Apple cardstock for those. My card is a one layer card using  Smooth White cardstock from MFT, and the Rachel Anne Miller set Dance For Joy.

TCP Tuesday- Go For The Gold

It's time for another TCP Tuesday challenge, and this week's challenge is to "Go For the Gold"....basically use gold, or gold accents on your card. I tend to shy away from gold, so this was a challenge for me.

I decided to go simple, and use the Dots Cutups, along with the Sassy Birthday set for my card. My paper is from an MME paper pad, and I used gold spiral clips and brads, as well as Sweet Tooth grosgrain for my embellishments. My cardstock colors are Black Licorice and Smooth White from MFT.

Here are the Details on how you can join in on the fun:

1. Each Tuesday a new challenge will be posted here on this blog as well as on our Splitcoaststampers forum and ourFacebook page.
2. If you want to play along you just upload your design using the InLinkz button below*. If you want to display your pretties on Splitcoaststampers use keyword TCPTUES258. Only the entries uploaded to the Inlinkz button will be considered for Swanky Stamper at the end of the month.
3. You must have your project posted by Monday, 12 midnight EST to be eligible to win the week’s Cat Cash.
4. Cards and projects must have at least one Cat’s Pajamas Stamp or CutUps die in the project.
5. On the following TCP Tuesday, the week’s winner will be chosen from the previous challenge and will receive a Cat Cash Voucher for $10.00.
6. At the end of the month, The Swanky Stamper will be selected from all the weekly entries. The Swanky Stamper will receive some of the stamps from our next release and get to play along with us at our Pajamas Party and Blog Hop. AND… They’ll even get a special spot in the Gallery highlighting the project that won them the gig and a snazzy badge to display on their blog.

For my card today, I used the Together is Better set. A friend of mine asked if I would make a card for his wife for Valentine's Day, and he asked that it "look like them"....I don't draw, but I have just enough talent to draw glasses on them and make them look more like them....matching their hair colors was the other task, and it was done. I used some MME paper, and paired it with Berrylicious and Going Gray cardstock. My ribbon is Sweet Tooth from MFT, and I used Michael's brads. I also added a spiral clip, because that's what I do. :)
