TCP Tuesday-Paper Piecing!

Hey everyone, it is Tuesday - TCP Tuesday to be exact!  This month Alma's challenged us to do some paper piecing!! I love paper piecing, always have, so I couldn't wait to play along!!

I created this card using the new One Cupcake set. I paper pieced the cupcake holder with some MME Quite Contrary paper, then colored the rest with my Copics. I used some Lemon Tart paper from PTI, paired with Smooth White and Berrylicious from My Favorite Things. My buttons and ribbon are all from MFT as well: Sweet Tooth(both button and grosgrain), Banana Split, and Berrylicious. To finish off my buttons, I added some Hemp Cord. For the background of my card, I used the new Chevron Cutups die from The Cat's Pajamas as well.

Bewitched By You/Totally Witchin' Blog Hop Challenge

Totally Witchin’ is a 3x4 set that includes a total of 7 stamps and will sell for $9.00.

Recently, I was asked by the SUPER sweet Alma de la Rosa, from The Cat's Pajamas, to join her FABULOUSLY CUTE company's design team, The Cat Pack!!!  I of course said YES!!

To celebrate, I decided to make a card using the Away We Go set....appropriate, don't you think???!! So perfect for someone starting out on a new journey, amiright??!!:)

I colored my image with Copics on X-Press IT blending card, and paired it with MME Kate&Co Oxford Lane paper. I used Smooth White, Nightshift Blue, Gumdrop Green, and Lemon Drop card stock from MFT. My ribbon is Nightshift Blue grosgrain, and I used Michael's brads, and a spiral clip.

I decided to make a one layer card, because when I saw this SUPER cute bear image from the new Go With The Flow set, I wanted to make the stars float off into the sky....fun, right? I used some MFT buttons, and my card was made on Smoth White cardstock. I did paper piece the sweater with a bit of MME paper, and I used some red jute twine at the top. It's simple, but I love it!

For my card today, I paired the new Santa & Pup with my Bo Bunny Mistletoe paper pad. My cardstock colors are Red Hot, Gumdrop Green, and Smooth White from MFT. I used the Dotted Scallop Border Trio Die-namics for my border in Gumdrop Green, some Gumdrop Green grosgrain, and a spiral clip. To add some fun, I paper pieced Santa's bag, and I used some white felt at the bottom to make it look more like snooooow.

Kraftin' Kimmie Day Three

Welcome back to day THREE of our SEPTEMBER Kraftin' Kimmie Peeks!!! Today we are sharing TWO super cute new sets by artist Thais Narciso! They are called.......GO WITH THE FLOW! and JUST CHILLIN'!

When I saw the bear and penguin with the antlers....I'm not going to lie, I squeeee'd a little...lol!! My penguin from Just Chillin' was stamped on X-Press It blending card, and then colored with Copics. It was then cut out using the circle stax Die-namics from My Favorite Things. I used Red Hot, and Gumdrop green buttons, cardstock, and Red Hot grosgrain, along with Michael's brads and a spiral clip. My paper is from Echo Park-Holly Jolly Christmas, and was cut out using the Fishtail Flags Stax Die-namics.

I used the SUPER cute Lucas from the Joyful Holiday set. He was colored with copics, then layered with MFT Red Hot, Berrylicious, and Sour Apple. My paper is from the MME Winter Wonderland paper pad. I paired it with large silver brads from Michael's, a spiral clip, and some Sour Apple Grosgrain.

Crazy 4 Kraftin' Kimmie

Welcome back for another totally fun challenge here at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!!! We've got a great challenge for you again this week!! Come along and play with us!

For my card today, I used the Birthday Girl set from the the Rachel Anne Miller line. She was stamped on X-Press It blending card, and then colored with my Copics. I then layered her with Bubblegum, Orange Fizz, and Berrylicious cardstock(also the color of my buttons). I used some Bubblegum grosgrain, Michael's brads, and a spiral clip. 

My card is also for the Crazy 4 Challenges challenge this week, to use buttons and bows!! For more details on either challenge, either check out the Kraftin' Kimmie Blog, or the Crazy 4 Challenges blog!

Krafty Kardmaking Kit

We've had such wonderful response at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps to our first Krafty Kardmaking Kit, that we thought we do a little follow up HOP about it!! 

As you hop around today you'll be able check out SIX fabulously spooky creations from our Krafty Girls that were ALL made using only ONE KIT!! They of course used their own ink, coloring medium and white paper, but everything else can be found in these fabulous KITS!

For my card, I used the Cheryl Alger set You're Boo-tiful!. It is an $8 set, so if you like what you see, you could totally choose this as your add on set, or any other $8 set!!! The only paper I used that wasn't included in the kit was X-Press It blending card for my image, and layer, and I used Copics to color my image and matting.

Life Is a Circus Blog Hop Challenge

My ribbon is Sweet Tooth grosgrain, and I used Michael's brads.
