Kraftin' Kimmie Peeks Day One!!

It's time for Kraftin' Kimmie's AUGUST 2013 RELEASE!!!!! We've been dying to share this month's new STAMPS with you!! We've got SO many exciting things going on....so let's get to it!

We are kicking off the *New* AUGUST Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps previews today and we're SO excited to share these new stamps with you from artist, Nicole Aspinall!!! Today we’d like to introduce you to these spooooooky new sets ….FROM BEYOND THE GRAVE! and TIME FOR A COFFIN BREAK!

For my card today, I used the treat bag from the Beyond The Grave stamp set. I used the Circle Stax and Circle Doily Die-namics Duo from MFT, and a spiderweb die from There She Goes. My ribbon is Black Licorice, and my brads are from Michaels, I used Sour Apple, Orange Fizz, and Black Licorice carstock.

For my card today, I used the super sweet Good Vibrations set. I stamped my images on X-Press It Blending card, and then colored them with my Copics. My paper is MFT-Electric Red, Orange Fizz, and Smooth White, and I used Basic Grey paper for the background, Michael's brads, and some Sweet Tooth grosgrain.

For my card today, I paired the new You Know Whooo set with some old MME Little Boy Blue paper. I stamped my owl on X-Press It blending card, and then colored him with my Copics. I then cut him out with my Circle Stax Die-namics from MFT, and layered him with the Open Scalloped Doily Die-namics also from MFT. My cardstock colors are Orange Fizz, Hot Fudge, and Smooth White. I used an Orange Fizz button and some Caribbean Twine.

Handwritten/ Mixed Media Backgrounds Blog Hop Challenge

Here we are on our final day of peeks, and we have two SUPER fun mixed media sets from Tobi Crawford!!

Mixed Media Backgrounds from Tobi Crawford is perfect for all you Mixed Media crafters, but is also fabulous for cards, scrapbook pages, and other projects.

While I know this isn't my normal layered card, I can't help but LOVE the new Handwritten and Mixed Media Backgrounds sets. What gorgeous and PERFECT images! I used MFT inks in Orange Fizz, Grapesicle, Berrylicious, and Pink Lemonade, paired with Archival Black. My buttons are also froM MFT in Sweet Tooth, Grape Jelly, Orange Fizz, and Berrylicious. I finished my card off with some Black jute twine.

To finish, I used Sweet Tooth grosgrain, and Michael's brads.

Kraftin' Kimmie July Hop!!

Well welcome back!! It’s our JULY RELEASE Day at KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS!! And we’re celebrating with a KRAFTY HOP!!

Over the last few days in our Krafty Peeks, we have shared lots of AMAZING new stamps from all our artists! We’ve got something for everyone!! We've got TWO fun FRUIT and FLOWER sets from Nicole.......FLOWERS FEED THE SOUL and YOU'RE A PEACH! We’ve got THREE sweet new sets from Cheryl……GOOD SPORTS, LIL' ATHLETES and YOU'VE GOT GAME! We have a cute furry critters set from Thais Narciso ...... WOODLAND FRIENDS ! and also artist Rachelle Anne Miller and some awesome new stamps of SUMMER FUN ! WHEW!!

For my card tonight, I used the SUPER cute girl playing tennis from the Good Sports set. I used the MME Happy Day paper pad, again, and paired it with Orange Fizz, Red Hot, Smooth White, and Bubblegum cardstock. My ribbon is from MFT(Bubblegum Grosgrain, and I used Michael's brads.

And that sentiment...yeah, I need to say that to someone. lol

For my card today, I paired this week's Anything Goes challenge along with this week's Crazy  4 Challenges challenge. I used the MME Happy Day paper pad, and colored my Summer Swingin' image with Copics on X-Press It blending card. She was layered with Orange Fizz, and I used Smooth White cardstock for my base. The circle panels I used were cut out with the Circle Stax Die-namics, and I embellished with Blu Raspberry grosgrain, and some Michael's brads. I did also use the MFT Branch with Leaves Die-namics to make it look like she was handing from a tree. It was cut out with Fossil cardstock.

Today we are sharing ANOTHER cute new set by artist Cheryl Alger (because the two from yesterday just couldn't hold all the fun) and we're also previewing another GORGEOUS set from artist Thais Narciso! They are called.......GOOD SPORTS! and WOODLAND FRIENDS!!

Some brads from Michael's were used as embellishments, and I used the Small Open Scalloped Border Die-namics from MFT.

Welcome back to day two of our JULY Kraftin' Kimmie Peeks!!! Today we are excited to share TWO supah cute new sets by artist Cheryl Alger just in time for summer SPORTS!!! We are sharing samples featuring.......LIL' ATHLETES and YOU'VE GOT GAME!!

For my card today, I used the SUPER cute little karate Lulu from the Lil' Athletes set. I colored her with Copics, and then layered her with Wild Cherry and Black Licorice cardstock. My ribbon is Sweet Tooth from MFT, and I used Michael's brads, and a Creative Express spiral clip.

My second card uses Lucas from the You've Got Game set. I stamped him on X-Press it blending card, and then colored him with Copics. I used Not Quite Navy cardstock, and Banana Split. My base is Smooth White from MFT, and I used Michael's brads, hemp twine, and some MME Oliver paper.
