I've Been Bad...

I have been VERY bad about sharing all the RAK's I have received over the last year. VERY BAD!! I literally have a box full of cards that I need to share, and to be honest, a box full to mail, so I need to get on the ball. Since I had no real stamping time this weekend, I decided that today is the day to start!! I will start showing them three at a time, til the box is empty!! To all my friends that have sent me cards I'M SORRY I AM SO SLOW!! LOL!! Without further ado....here we go!!
Julia Betemps- Owner of the Little Paper Shop
Sent as a Thank You for being a guest designer, to which I say, NO NO, THANK YOU!!

Barbara Anders- These next two are from her!! The first was from when I was recovering from dental surgery. The second, for my birthday!!!(yes, I've been that bad!!)

Thank you to both of you!! To the rest of you that have RAK'd me since my divorce...they are coming!! Slowly but surely!!!

Crazy 4 Challenges- Masculine

Hey everyone!! It's Saturday-ish, so it's time for another Crazy 4 Challenges challenge. This weeks challenge is to make a masculine card, something I struggle with. DRS Designs is our sponsor again this week, so I decided to use another one of their CUTE stamps!!

I started with Taylor's Sketch from today. I stamped my Sweet Offering Cutie Pie Kid on an MFT perfect panel, and then colored it in with my Copics. I then layered it with Kiwi and Baja Breeze cardstock. The DP I used is from a retired SU pack. My sentiment is from the Clearly Sentimental About You set by MFT. I used punches from SU to make my sentiment panel. My brads are from Michael's.
Well, that is it for me now!! Be sure to check out what the other Crazy Girl's have made for today's challenge!!

Mercy's Tuesday Sketch 64

I love sketch challenges, and Mercy's is one of my favorites!! I was THRILLED when I found out that she and Pam both, my stamping friends, would both be serving on the There She Goes team with me. WAHOOO!! I was also thrilled to see that Danielle, and Lisa, and Kim....all of whom I have served on one design team or another with before, were going to be a part of our team!! Also, to the other new girls: Chris, Heather, and Donna...I look forward to getting to know you all!!

For my card today, I started by using this week's sketch from Mercy's blog. I stamped my image, from Beautiful Spring by There She Goes, on an MFT Perfect Panel and then colored it in with my Copics. I then layered it with Bashful Blue and So Saffron. My DP is from the SU Delicate Dots pack. I layered it with So Saffron, and the striped layer with Certainly Celery. My border punch is by Martha Stewart, which I purchased at Michael's, along with my ribbons and brads. My spiral clip was purchased through Amazon.
Well, that is it for me now!! Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!

Mojo Mojo Mojo!!!

Happy Humpday everyone!! I know I jinxed myself with my next to last post, saying my mojo was back and all that....but it really was. Then the weekend happened!! Between two jobs, spending time with loved ones, and trying to sleep somewhere in between there, I just didn't get a chance to stamp. But, I guess my mojo was going pretty good considering I was chosen as one of last week's Mojo contest winners, WAHOOOOO!!! I {heart} Julee and her sketches, and I was HONORED to be chosen!! Thank you, Julee!!

My card today was made using this week's Mojo Monday sketch....love it!! I started by stamping one of the new Pure Innocence images released last week from My Favorite Things, Sunshiny Day, on an MFT Perfect Panel. I then colored it with my Copics, and layered it with Bashful Blue, Red Hot(MFT), and Old Olive cardstock. My DP is from the SU, Summer Picnic pack. My ribbon and brads are both from Michael's, and my spiral clip was bought through Amazon.

For the inside, I used more of the DP, stamped and colored my image again on some GP white, and then stamped my sentiment. Cute, eh??!!
Well, that is it for me for now!! Thanks for stopping by and have a SUNSHINY day!!!

Crazy 4 Challenges- Piercing!!

It's Saturday(ish), so it is time for another Crazy 4 Challenges challenge!! This week's challenge is paper piercing, NOT PIECING!!!! There was a TINY bit of confusion prior to this challenge, so that is why I decided to warn you.....hehe!!! I love my CRAZY girls!! Since the challenge was paper piercing, it was NO problem for me. I can't remember the last card I made without piercing....easy peasy!! Here is some more info on the challenge:
Since this is the first Challenge of the Month, this is our Prize Challenge, which has been donated by DRS Designs. One lucky person will be randomly chosen to win a $15 gift voucher so time to start creating! We will announce the winner with next week's challenge post. If you would like to play along with us, all you have to do is create a card/project with paper piercing and upload it to your blog and/or to your SCS Gallery using the keyword C4C27. Don't forget to come back here and link it on Mr Linky so that everyone else can see it too.

For my card, I decided to use the SUPER CUTE Vincent Van Bunny image. It was stamped on an MFT Perfect Panel, and then colored with my Copics. I then layered it with Bubblegum and Gumdrop Green from MFT, along with their Spring Paper Pack, and some MFT ribbon. My sentiment is from the There She Goes Set, Hunny Bunnies.
Well, that is it for me for now!! Be sure to head on over to the C4C blog to see what the other girl's have created!! Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!

MFTeaser-Jolinne Heart Sing

This month, My Favorite Things is releasing two new sets in the Jolinne line. This is the newest line of stamps being offered by MFT, and I LOVE them...shocking, I know. These sets are being released on Wednesday, March 3rd. Yaayyy!

For my card today, I started by stamping my Jolinne on an MFT Perfect Panel, and then colored her with Copic markers. She was layered with Riding Hood Red, and Kiwi Kiss from SU, and Black Licorice from MFT. I actually cut out the image and added her to my white oval so that her feet could hang off. My Rockabilly DP, brads, and ribbons are all SU. My spiral clips came from Amazon.

For the inside, I used the same DP and more SU ribbon. I added some music notes around my sentiment, because....well, they are CUTE!! LOL!
Well, that is it for me for today! Thanks for stopping by! Head on over to Kim's Blog to see what the other DT members have cooked up for you!!

MFTeaser-Happy Mail

Hey everyone, and welcome to day 3 of this month's My Favorite Things teasers. Since it is Monday, we are previewing the new Pure Innocence sets. Yayyy!! These are DEFINITELY one of my FAVORITE lines of stamps, PERIOD. I just LOVE these little girls!!

Today, believe it or not, I have a ONE LAYER card base....I know, right??? Someone sent me an email, saying how I was the QUEEN of layers, but wondered if I ever make one layered cards. The answer, not unless forced. This isn't one layer, but for my base to be one layer...well, that is a stretch for me. I did add the scallops at the bottom though, just to add something to the base of the card. My colors are Chocolate Chip, Regal Rose, and Pumpkin Pie. My image was stamped on an MFT Perfect Panel, and then colored with my Copics. All my ribbons are SU, as well as the oval punches for my sentiment, brads are from Michael's, and my spiral clips were bought through Amazon.
Well, that is it for me for today! Thanks for stopping by! Head on over to Kim's Blog to see what the other DT members have cooked up for you!!
