Wonderful Wednesday- Rain or Shine

It's Wonderful Wednesday time!!  We hope you can play along!!  As always....it's ANYTHING GOES!!  Break out your Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps and get krafty!!

For my card today, I actually used the Spring Krafty Kardmaking Kit!! The stamp set is called You Are My Sunshine.  You can see the list of products included in the kit on the Kraftin' Kimmie website.

There are still some Spring Krafty Kardmaking Kits available!! There are a limited number of kits available. Get yours before they are gone!

TCP309- Spring

 Hey there stampers, it's time for another challenge from The Cat's Pajamas!

This week's challenge is to make a spring themed card, so I pulled out some of my older stamps, and created a little something using the "Hear Me Roar" set!

My image from Hear Me Roar was colored with Copics, and paired with the Echo Park Spring paper pad. I used MFT Berrylicious and Bubblegum paper, and some Bazzill Banana Split. My buttons are from various places, including MFT, and I used some ruffled ribbon from May Arts. My border in the background was made using the Cloud Border CutUps from TCP!!

Here are all the need to know details about the challenge:

1. Every other Tuesday a new challenge will be posted on The Cat's Pajamas blog and our Facebook page.
2. If you want to play along you just upload your design to The Cat's Pajamas blog page using the InLinkz button by the Monday, 11:55 EST before the next challenge.
3. You are not required to use a Cat’s Pajamas stamp or die on your project but if you have them we would love to see them.
4. On the following TCP Tuesday, the winner will be chosen from the previous challenge and will receive a Cat Cash Voucher for $10 or $15 if a TCP product is used.

Saturday Challenges...a couple of them....

Hi everyone! Welcome to another challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! 

This week's challenge is to use the color purple, which I did a lot of. 

For my card, I used the new Buds & Blooms set that we just released from Kraftin' Kimmie. I used Grape Jelly and Grapesicle ink and cardstock from MFT, and used a little bit of Kraft...because my GAWD that was a lot of purple. I used a couple MFT Die-namics, and some fun embellishments to create my card. 

My card also uses this week's challenge at the Crazy 4 Challenges blog. It's the third Saturday of the month, so we have a sketch this week. Be sure to check out that challenge, and our blog, to play along!!

Wonderful Wednesday-Spread Happiness

Hey there stampers and friends, it's time for another Wonderful Wednesday challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!!  As always....it's ANYTHING GOES!!  Break out your Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps and get krafty!!

Speaking of new release, this card was made with the new Hello Spring set! Now, I know what you are thinking...this was an Anything Goes challenge, so why did she do something that required masking???? It's SO OUT OF CHARACTER, and you would be right. I blame that sentiment, "spread happiness", really. I feel like it forced me to.....I mean, yes, if I saw this cute little guy bopping along with a balloon, it would make me happy for, like, a few seconds, but then I would be overcome with the fact that I did not have a balloon as well. The only way he could TRULY spread happiness is if he had MANY(or three) balloons, so that if he was bopping along, and came across someone(me), he could give me a balloon, and then I too, could be happy.

And this, ladies and gentleman, is how my brain works.....and they wonder why I claim to need adult supervision.

aaaaaannnnddddd, back to your regularly scheduled program...

TCP308-Animals....Seriously!

Hey there friends and stampers, it's time for another challenge with the Cat's Pajamas!!

This week, we have a challenge that will work well for anyone, it's an animal challenge!! All you have to do is use animals on your card, and there you go!!

For my card, I used the super cute First Christmas set. Now, I know what you are thinking....but Christmas is over. I know, I know, but this grumpy little kitteh can be used all year, SERIOUSLY!! I used the Apron CutUps Border, as well, along with lots of fun embellishments.

Kraftin' Kimmie February Hop!!

Lulu is so cute, but that Kitteh with the cupcake on his head....GET OUT OF HERE!! It's just too cute for words!! It almost makes me want a cat, but it DEFINITELY makes me want a cupcake. Fat kid problems, yo.

Kraftin' Kimmie Peeks Day 5, and a Challenge!!

Welcome Krafty Friends to Day FIVE of our February Krafty Previews!!!

We're back today with our final set of the new release of clear stamps!  We've got an absolutely stunning floral set from artist Becky Pearce!

This beautiful stamp set is called BUDS & BLOOMS! and has so many gorgeous elements to get creative with plus a bunch of lovely sentiments for a total of FIFTEEN stamps!

Wait 'til you see in in action in the hop.....you won't believe all the amazing things you can do with it!

I might have had a little too much fun embellishing this card, but let's be honest.......can you ever have too much fun? I used Leafy Swirl, Circle Stax, Small Scallop Border, and Open Scalloped Doily Die-namics all from MFT, and the Nested Hearts CutUps from The Cats Pajamas. Lots of buttons, ribbon, twine, clips, and brads later and I think there's a card under there somewhere.

Kraftin' Kimmie Peeks Day 4!

Hey there in blogland, and welcome to Day FOUR of our February Krafty Previews!!!We're back with another day of fabulous previews featuring lots of springy inspiration!

Today we are sharing a sweet new set by artist, Cheryl Grant!  It features our favorite kids, Lulu and Lucas and of course, a couple of little animal pals! It's called MADE WITH LOVE!

I love this set....I love all the cookies...I love that little puppy holding the cookie in his mouth....I love everything about this set....SO MUCH!!!! For my card today, I paired it with the Fancy Pants paper pad Making Waves, and I just had so much fun pulling colors together with embellishments and cardstock, and THIS CUTE IMAGE!!

As you can see below, this set has the two main images PLUS FOUR super fun coordinating sentiments! Isn't is just YUMMY!!

Kraftin' Kimmie Peeks Day 3!!

Hey there, and welcome to Day THREE of our February Krafty Previews!!!Have you been enjoying our new springy previews??Believe it or not, we're only halfway through our week of peeks!  There's so much more to come!Today we are previewing TWO gorgeous new sets by artist,Annie Rodrigue!  I know you'll agree that Annie's creations have so much life and are so much fun to colour!

My card was made using Look For Rainbows, and was paired with some yummy paper from Kaisercraft called Little One. It had this cute cut out that already looked like rain, so I used it along the top, and then used all my own embellishments for the rest. We had a weeee bit of a discussion about heels in the rain, but honestly, if I looked this fabulous, you wouldn't get me out of my heels!!

Here is a look at the first set, in full, called LOOK FOR RAINBOWS! and it features the sweet main image PLUS FOUR fabulous coordinating sentiments!  I just love umbrellas, don't you?

And the second set is called MAKE A SPLASH! and features the super SASSY main image PLUS FOUR fun coordinating sentiments!
