Teaser's Day Three-My Favorite Things

Here we are on day three of this month's My Favorite Things Teasers, and we are introducing Birthday Sentiments, Western Sentiments, and Lollipop Additions-Birthday. Three SUPER fun sets, that you will be using over and over again!!

For my card today, I went CAS again...I know, I'm starting to shock even me. I stamped my sentiment from the Birthday Sentiments set, with Black Licorice and Electric Red ink on X-Press It blending card. I used some of the MME Lost and Found Halloween paper at the top, and embellished it with this TOTALLY squee worthy bow in Electric Red. It was made using the SUPER fun new Jumbo Beautiful Bows Die-namics. I embellished it with one of the Mini Hybrid Heirloom Rose Die-namics in Black Licorice cardstock.

For the inside,  I kept it simple, and used just another sentiment from the Birthday Sentiments set.

MFTWSC114- Crack Me Up

Hey everyone, and happy Wednesday!! That means it is time for another Wednesday Stamp Club challenge from My Favorite Things! It's MY favorite sketch challenge!

For my card, I used the SUPER cute new Bunny Ears stamp set released last month from My Favorite Things. I stamped her on X-Press It blending card, and then colored her with my Copics. I paper pieced her egg with some MME Lavender paper, and cut an extra arm out to make it look as iff the arm was on top of the egg, otherwise it just looks sunken in. :)

I then cut my image out with the Fishtail Flags Die-namics. For my background, I used the Open Scalloped Doily Duo Die-namics, and some more of the MME Lavender paper. My embellishments are Bubblegum Grosgrain, Michael's brads, hemp cord, and Bubblegum buttons. The cardstock colors I used are Bubblegum and Sweet Tooth. 

For the inside, I used the same supplies.

We encourage you all to play along, and to enter your card in the weekly draw for a $15 gift voucher to the MFT Boutique. Simply follow the sketch and create a card or other paper creation. You may use any stamps and supplies that you wish. Each week, a keyword is assigned to the sketch. For my card tonight, I wanted to make a VERY rock in roll card, which TOTALLY reflects my personality, LOL!! I used Black Licorice, Whip Cream and the AWESOME new Electric Red cardstock for my card. I paired it with two different MME Pads-Lost & Found Union Square and Halloween. As I stated before, I used the Blueprints 1 Die-namics to create my SUPER fun layout, which can be found on the MFT blog, or will be available at the time of purchase :). My ribbon is Black Licorice Grosgrain, and I used Michael's brads, and Creative Express spiral clips. For my sentiment from the, Document It Rock On set, both inside and out, I used the Black Licorice ink pad, and for my ROCK symbol, I used Electric Red....such a GORGEOUS new red to add to your collection!

For my card tonight, I used the GORGEOUS new Poppies set, which I stamped with Jellybean Green and Wild Cherry Ink. My card was made, as I said before, using the new Blueprints 1 Die-namics. I followed one of the FABULOUS sketches that was provided, and used Jellybean Green, Wild Cherry, X-Press It Blending Card, and MME On the Bright Side paper. I used Hemp Cord, Kraft Grosgrain, Michael's brads, and a Wild Cherry button to embellish my card. 

For the inside, I used more of the same supplies.

CAS Card Set-Easter

The felt the urge to play around with the Embellished Eggs set from My Favorite Things, and I am in LOVE with it!! 

So much so, I decided to make a card set using this set! I started by cutting all my eggs out with the Easter Elements Die-namics. 

I then stamped my eggs on the die cuts using Pink Lemonade, Sno Cone, Lemon Drop, and Grape Jelly ink. I added subtle shading with my Copic markers to make the colors pop

I then cut my base and white layer out of X-Press It blending card, and cut out the hole using my Open Scalloped Doily Duo Die-namics. I also used the Fresh Cut Grass Die-namics and some Sour Apple cardstock to make my grass at the bottom of my cards. 

My colored cardstock pieces are the same as my ink colors: Grape Jelly, Lemon Drop, Sno Cone, and Pink Lemonade. I used grosgrain in all of those colors as well.

To finish, I added my stamped eggs, and my sentiment.

MFTWSC113-Hi, Hunny Bunny

Hey everyone, and happy Wednesday!! That means it is time for another Wednesday Stamp Club challenge from My Favorite Things! It's MY favorite sketch challenge!

For my card today, I paired the new Doodle Garden Hunny Bunny set with my MME Everyday Flair paper pad. It was then cut out using the Circle Stax Die-namics.  I used Berrylicious, Sour Apple, Bubblegum, Sweet Tooth, and X-Press It blending card stock from the MFT store, along with some yummy Berrylicious Grosgrain. My other embellishments include buttons in Berrylicious, Bubblegum, and Sour Apple-which all have hemp cord through them, some Michael's brads, and a spiral clip. For my sentiment, I used the Sentiment Strips Die-namics, then  I used the new Woven Basket Die-namics to cut out my bunny.

I Miss My Peeps

I recently got asked to make some Easter cards, and here is one that made for that order.  One of the cards she wanted was for someone who lives far away, and the new One of my Favorite Peeps set is perfect for that cause if you ask me :) It made me realize, I miss some of my favorite peeps, too. I've been battling a wicked migraine for almost 3 weeks now, and I just finally got to where I can make myself stamp....it's killing my mojo.

As I already said, I used the SUPER cute new Pure Innocence-One of my Favorite Peeps sets. I paired it with Bubblegum, Berrylicious, Sweet Tooth, and Sour Apple cardstock. For my scene, I used the Fresh Cut Grass Die-namics along with the Lattice Fence Die-namics. For my flowers, I used the Flower and Leaf Trio Die-namics, and I used one to accent my sentiment cut out with the Sentiment Strips Die-namics. I also used Bubblegum Grosgrain and Michael's brads to decorate my card.

For the inside, I used the Small Open Scalloped Strip Die-namics, and another flower.
