MFTWSC110-Enjoy Your Day

Hey everyone, and happy Wednesday!! That means it is time for another Wednesday Stamp Club challenge from My Favorite Things! It's MY favorite

                                               sketch challenge!

For my card today, I used the new Doodle Garden Springtime Wishes stamp set. I stamped her on X-Press It Blending card, and then cut her out with the Oval Stax Die-namics. She was then layered with Fossil cardstck cut out with the Oval Open Scalloped Die-namics. Under my main image, I used the Fishtail Flags Stax Die-namics to cut my paper panel out of MME Lavender paper pad. I used Bubblegum and Blu Raspberry cardstock on the base, as well as Sweet Tooth. For embellishments, I used some Kraft ribbon, a spiral clip, Michael's brads, and a Bubblegum button with hemp cord tied through it. I used the Fishtail Banner Die-namics. My sketch is flipped, but I love how it turned out.

For the inside, I used more of the same supplies.

February New Product Tour

That's right everyone, we have made it through teasers, and now, all the new sets are available in the My Favorite Things Store!!!! Before you go shop, be sure to hop around to all the designers and leave them some love! You never know who has the candy!!

This month, I am showing off the new Inspired By the Wild Wild West set. It is a GORGEOUS set, and I am in LOVE with the image I used tonight. It will sell for $17.75.

For my card, I started with a Sweet Tooth base, then layered that with Hot Fudge and Fossil cardstock. My  paper is from the MME Fiddlesticks paper pad, and I used some Cavas Flute Tiles to create some texture. The boots from this set were lightly colored with Copics, then layered with my cardstock colors. I cut my sentiment out with the Sentiment Strips Die-namics, and used the Large Hybrid Heirloom Rose in Banana Split(Bazzil) to embellish it. I also added the new Barbed Wire Fence Die-namics to the base, some hemp cord was tied around my fluted tile, and I used Michael's brads and some spiral clips.

I paired my Cute as a Button image with the MME On The Bright Side One paper pad. My cardstock colors are Sweet Tooth, Nightshift Blue, Jellybean Green, and Wild Cherry. I used the Button Border Die-namics on the side of my card, and used some buttons in my cardstock colors: Nightshift Blue, Wild Cherry, and Sweet Tooth. They all had hemp cord tied through them, and I also used some Nightshift Blue grosgrain and some Michael's brads.

For the inside, I used more of the MME paper, and another Button Border Die-namics strip.

For my card tonight, I paired the SUPER cute dog image from the new Feathers and Fur Krafty Klubhouse Kit with some MME Bluebell paper. I used Fossil and Blu Raspberry cardstock from MFT, and Banana Split from Bazzil. My sketch is the Deconstructed sketch from this week. I also added some brads, a Sweet Tooth button, and some hemp cord to my card  to embellish it.

KKS164- Texture

Welcome back for another awesome challenge here at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!!! And today we have an extra special treat! We are releasing our new Krafty Klubhouse Kit this weekend, so we've combined the new images with this week's challenge! Just wait 'til ya see!

This week our hostess is ME!! Actually, it's my birthday weekend and so I thought I'd do a special little giveaway! So the winner of this week's challenge will receive a goodie package of some of my personal favourite stamps....plus a few embellishments as well! This week's challenge is TEXTURE!! For my card tonight, I used the girl with the parrot image, and colored her with Copics. Her shirt was paper pieced. I used the Echo Park Hello Summer paper pad, and for my textured I used some fluted paper and hemp cord. My flower was made with the MFT Hibiscus Die-namics. I used Orange Fizz(MFT), Sour Apple(MFT), Cool Caribbean(MFT), and Sweet Tooth cardstock.  My brads are from Michael's.

For my card today, I stamped one of the images from my Feathers and Fur kit on X-Press It blending card, and three different papers from the Three Bugs in a Rug  Frisky paper pad. I colored most of the image with Copics, and then paper pieced the bath tub, towel, and soap. I layered my image with Hot Fudge cardstock from MFT, but also used Sweet Tooth from MFT on the base, Ocean Tides from PTI, and Marigold Morning from SU. My ribbon is Hot Fudge Grosgrain, and I used a spiral clip to hold it on. To attach my sentiment panel, I used a Hot Fudge button, and some hemp cord. I also added some Michael's brads, and one of the Pet Charms Die-namics from MFT as well.

For my card tonight, I stamped my sentiment from the Western Sentiments set on X-Press It Blending card, and then cut it out using the Howdy Frames Die-namics. I used the new Barbed Wire Fence Die-namics in Fossil along the bottom of my card, which was layered on Hot Fudge, Fossil, Sweet Tooth, and some MME  Howdy Doody paper.  I attached the sentiment panel with the Framing Flourishes Die-namics in Hot Fudge, some hemp cord, and Michael's brad. My flowers are from the Rolled Scalloped Flower Die-namics, and more of the Howdy Doody paper. I accented it with some leaves from the Royal Leaves Die-namics in Mellow Moss.  To finish, I added one of the Country Charms Die-namics, and a Fancy Flourish Die-namics in Hot Fudge.

 Hey everyone, and happy Wednesday!! That means it is time for another Wednesday Stamp Club challenge from My Favorite Things! It's MY favorite

For my card today, I used one of my FAVORITE Clearly Sentimental sets, Clearly Sentimental About Art. I stamped my sentiment on Sweet Tooth cardstock with Black Licorice ink, and then cut it out with the Fishtail Flags Stax Die-namics. I added a paint brush from the Artist Pallet and Brush Die-namics in Fossil, and colored the end with my Copics. I used the MME Playdate paper pad, which I paired with Fossil, Gumdrop Green, Wild Cherry, and Sweet Tooth cardstock. I cut my Medium Fancy Flourish out with Wild Cherry cardstock, and used some Michael's brads as embellishments. My buttons are Gumdrop Green, Wild Cherry, and Sweet Tooth, and all have hemp cord tied in them. They were placed on the soon to be released Button Border Die-namics.

For my card tonight, I paired the new Journal It- Library Card with an older Pure Innocence set, Making a List. I used the Insert It-Notebook Paper Die-namics to create my background, along with some Lilybee Designs Double Dutch paper. At the base of my card, I used the Little Open Scallop Strip Die-namics in Nightshift Blue. My other cardstock colors are Wild Cherry, Sweet Tooth(both from MFT), and some Banana Split(Bazzil). I added a piece of Wild Cherry Grosgrain, with a Nightshift Blue button, and some Hemp Cord tied through it. I stamped one of my sentiments from the Library Card set in Wild Cherry, and cut it out, and the other was stamped on one of the Lead the Way Die-namics on Sweet Tooth.

Well, you all know me, so you know I don't do CAS..but this set and matching Easter Elements dies just begged to be on a CAS card, lol! I stamped my eggs with Sno Cone, Jellybean Green, and Lemon Drop ink. I used the Easter Elements Die-namics to cut out my eggs. My flowers were also cut out with the Easter Elements Die-namics using Cotton Candy, Lemon Drop, Sno Cone, and Jellybean Green cardstock, then added some Michael's brads to them. The grass was cut out with Jellybean Green cardstock, and the Fresh Cut Grass Die-namics. To finish, I stamped my sentiment with Black Licorice ink on my Sweet Tooth base, and then added a flower as the dot on my I.
