Boot Camp/Get In Gear Blog Hop Challenge!!

Here we are at day two of this month's release from There She Goes, and we have two more SUPER cute sets from Torico!! 

Whether you are sending your son, daughter, or loved one off, Torico’s new Boot Camp stamp set is perfect for you! With the cutest boot image EVER, and several catchy phrases you are sure to find exactly what you need for this very occasion.

Boot Camp is a 3x4 set that includes a total of 5 stamps and will sell for $9.00

For my first card, I used the SUPER cute new Boot Camp stamp set, along with some Lilybee Designs Harvest Market paper. My cardstock colors are Black Licorice, Jellybean Green, and Bayou Blue, and I used Black Licorice Grosgrain. The paper panel behind my image was cut out using the Fishtail Flags Stax Die-namics. 

Steampunk is one of our FAVORITE styles here at There She Goes, so when we saw the new Get In Gear set from Torico, we all squealed with delight. She is so sassy, funky, and FABULOUS. Also, the gears included in this set could TOTALLY be used for a CAS boys card, or building a background. SO versatile!

Get in Gear is a 3x4 set that includes a total of 7 stamps and will sell for $9.00

For my second card, I used the SUPER fun new Get In Gear set. She was stamped on X-Press It blending card, and then colored with my Copics. I layered her with Black Licorice cardstock, and used it, Sour Apple, and Bubblegum cardstock from MFT for my card base. My paper is from the Persnickety line from Lilybee Designs, and I used some Michael's brads, Black Licorice grosgrain, and a spiral clip.

The Doxie With Moxie Blog Hop Challenge

Here we are at our first day of FOUR blog hop challenges for January, and we are SO excited about this month's sets, and we hope you will be too! Ready to get started? Let's GO!

It’s no secret, we are DEFINITELY in love with everything Torico does here are There She Goes, and we know you are, too. This month she has honored us by creating a set that we have been begging for…meet The Doxie with Moxie!! SUPER cute dachshunds, along with several sentiments, outfits, and even a city scene for our more “elegant” pups, this set is just TOO much fun.

The Doxie with Moxie is a 4x8 set that includes a total of 32 stamps and will sell for $18.00.

When brainstorming The Doxie with Moxie set, there was a lot of chatter about sentiments…and some of them took a turn for the funny, but…risqué, lol! We couldn’t live without them, so we decided to create the Size Matters set. It’s not for everyone, but it’s definitely funny!!

Size Matters is a 3x4 set that includes 7 stamps for $9.00.

Creative Challenge-Circle Stax Die-namics

The MFT Design Team Creative Challenge is a monthly feature, where we are challenged to explore our creative side using a specific theme, product, or technique. This month, we were challenged to create with our Circle STAX.  Be sure to check out the MFT Blog for a list of all participating designers who have a project to share with you today. 

For my cards today, I used the new Homespun Hearts set from the Lisa Johnson Designs line. On the first card, I paired it with the Echo Park Truly Yours paper pad. I used the Circle Stax Die-namics to cut out my main image, which was created using the Homespun Hearts set, and the new Rustic Hearts Die-namics. I used  Black Licorice ink for my stems, and layered my main image with the Circle Stax Die-namics, and some Black Licorice cardstock. I LOVE the way you can use the Circle Stax Die-namics for layering, and even more for background buliding. Using circles as the background creates visual interest..and I LOVE the effect it creates when using patterened paper. For my card, I used Black Licorice, Sweet Tooth, Cotton Candy, and Wild Cherry cardstock. It was paired with buttons from the Black Licorice, Cotton Candy, and Wild Cherry button sampler from MFT, and I used some black hemp. My ribbon is Black Licorice, and I used Michael's brads as well.

My second card uses the MME Love Me line, which I paired with some Fossil, Sweet Tooth, and Bubblegum cardstock. I used the Circle Stax Die-namics to cut out my circles of all different shapes. I layered them in a line, and popped a couple up to add visual interest. My sentiment was stamped on some more of the Love Me paper with Kraft ink, and then cut out with the Framed Greetings die-namics. I added some Cotton Candy ribbon, and used Hemp Cord to attach a Rustic Heart Die-namics to it.

TSG191-It's Almost Time!!

Tomorrow we are starting our first day of FOUR Blog Hop Challenges from There She Goes, and today I have a super sneak peek for you!  Tomorrow we will be revealing the SUPER cute new The Doxie With Moxie set, and I couldn't help but use it today for our sketch. For today, I used this week's There She Goes challenge, which is this super fun sketch! I paired it with some MME Honey Cake paper, and my cardstock colors are Orange Fizz(MFT), Hot Fudge(MFT), and Baja Breeze(SU). My ribbon is Orange Fizz grosgrain from MFT, and I used brads from Michael's. The border I used is the Small Open Scalloped Border Die-namics from MFT.

For my card today, I used the super cute new Love is the Best Medicine set from Kraftin' Kimmie. I colored my girl with Copics, and paper pieced parts of her with some MME Howdy paper. My cardstock colors are Blush Blossom and Groovy Guava from SU, and my base and white background are Sweet Tooth and Fossil. I used a Kraft button with some hemp, Michael's brads, and Sweet Tooth grosgrain for my embellishments, and the MFT Fishtail Flags Stax Die-namics for my background.

Hey everyone, and happy Wednesday!! That means it is time for another Wednesday Stamp Club challenge from My Favorite Things! It's MY favorite

                                               sketch challenge!

For my card today, I used the new Doodle Garden set- Far Out. I stamped her on X-Press It blending card, and then colored her with my Copics. She was cut out with the Oval Stax Die-namics, and then layered with Fossil cardstock using the Oval Stax Die-namics too. My paper is from the MME Vanity Fair line. I used some of that paper and the Retro Rolled Flower Die-namics to create my flower, the Sentiment Strips Die-namics for my sentiment, and the Mini Double Dot Border Die-namics for my background. The two other cardstock colors I used are Orange Fizz, Sweet Tooth, and Bubblegum.

A Krafty Hop-Gamez R For Girlz!!

For my card tonight, I used the SUPER fun new Gamer Girl set. I just LOVE her, and I had SO much fun creating this scene. I mean, what girl WOULDN'T want polka dotted walls, and a amazing floor?? She was colored with Copics, then cut out and popped up on my scene. It was created with some MME Happy Go Lucky paper, and then layered with Sour Apple, Blu Raspberry(MFT), and Orchid Opulence paper(SU). I used Sour Apple grosgrain, Sour Apple, Blu Raspberry, and  Grape Jelly buttons, hemp cord, and some brads from Michael's for my embellishments.

I paired her with some Echo Park For the Record paper, and used Pacific Point(SU), Gumdrop Green, Black Licorice, and Sweet Tooth cardstock from MFT. My buttons and ribbon are Black Licorice from MFT, and I used black jute twine in my buttons. To finish, I added some silver brads from Michael's.

I used the SUPER cute Bot holding a heart for my card today, and I paired it with some Echo Park For the Record 2 papers. My cardstock colors are Orange Fizz, Gumdrop Green, and Wild Cherry. I used Black Licorice buttons and grosgrain to embellish my card, and finished the buttons off with Maraschino twine.
