Hey everyone, and happy Wednesday!! That means it is time for another Wednesday Stamp Club challenge from My Favorite Things! It's MY favorite
sketch challenge!
For my card today, I used the SUPER cute new Doodle Garden set-I'm Raptor Round Your Finger. He was paired with some Basic Grey Archaic paper, and my cardstock colors are Orange Fizz, Jellybean Green, Hot Fudge, and Sweet Tooth. My image was stamped on X-Press It blending card, and then colored with my Copics. I used the Oval Stax Die-namics to cut him out, and layered him using the Oval Open Scalloped Doily Die-namics. At the bottom of my card, my sentiment was cut out using the Mini Tab Foursome Die-namics, and under that I used the Double Dot Border Die-namics. My finishing embellishment touches are hemp cord and Michael's brads.
We encourage you all to play along, and to enter your card in the weekly draw for a $15 gift voucher to the MFT Boutique. Simply follow the sketch and create a card or other paper creation. You may use any stamps and supplies that you wish. Each week, a keyword is assigned to the sketch. All you need to do to enter, is upload your card to the gallery at SCS, and enter the given keyword in the keyword box, during the upload process. After the deadline, we randomly choose a winner from that week's entries and the winner will receive a $15 gift voucher. If the winning card uses MFT stamps, the participant will earn a $5 bonus, for a total of a $20 gift voucher! That is up to $100 per month in prizes, JUST for playing along. We hope you'll join us in 2013.
Check out the FAQ - Wednesday Stamp Club thread if you need any further info on this challenge or help on how to upload your card to the gallery. Upload your creation to SCS using keyword MFTWSC106 for a chance to win this week prize (see above). You have until noon Tuesday, January 15th to play along.
Well, that is it for me for now! Be sure to check out the MFT blog for a full list of designers participating in today's sketch!
