For my first card, I used the new Who's That Girl Gets Down to Business set. I LOVE the sentiments in this set, they are PERFECT for me! I stamped my girl on X-Press It Blending card, and then colored parts of her with my Copics. I then paper pieced her suit and under shirt with some MME Rosy paper. She was then layered with Celery, Banana Split, and Black Licorice cardstock. I used the new Retro Squares Die-namics to create my background...boy was that a labor of love, LOL! I love the way it turned out though!! My ribbon is Black Silky Crushed ribbon from the Ribbon Carousel.
For the inside, I used more of the same supplies.
For my next card, I used Lisa's new set, Circus Spectacular. I cut out my elephant and ball with the Circus Spectacular Die-namics, and then stamped on them with Versamark ink. I then heat embossed them with Clear Embossing powder. I stamped my sentiment with Spring Rain ink, and then layered it all with Spring Rain(PTI), Sage Shadow(SU), and Fossil(MFT) cardstock. For my background, I used the Decorative Doily Die-namics to cut out my circle from some MME Portobello Road paper. My embellishments are White Silky Crushed Ribbon, Michael's brads, and Shore Twine
For the inside, I used more of the same supplies, including the new Ticket Strip Die-namics. I cut it out of more of the MME paper, and clear embossed my sentiment on it.
Here are the Die-namics I have used:
Well, that is it for me for now! Be sure to check out the MFT blog to see who all is participating today, and don't forget to comment for your chance to win!!
