For my card tonight, I started by stamping my Pure Innocence Calendula girl on X-Press It Blending card. I then colored her with my Copics, and paper pieced her dress with some MME Six by Six Away We Go paper. Instead of giving her socks, I gave her leggings, and no socks. Cute, huh!?! I then layered her with Sage Shadow, Orange Fizz, and Hot Fudge. For my sentiment, I used part of the Bon Appetit Die-namics. I used some more paper on the top of it, and then added some linen thread. You can't really see it on the outside, but I used the Postage Stamp Border Die-namics. My seam binding is from the Ribbon Carousel. I used brads from Michael's, and a spiral clip from Creative Express.
For the inside, I used more of the same paper and Die-namics border, and added another sentiment from this adorable set. I also used the Bon Appetit Die-namics to embellish it a little more. My sentiment was cut out using the First Place Award Ribbon Die-namics.
Well, that is it for me for now! Be sure to check out Kim's Blog to see which other designers are participating in today's teasers.
