It is time for our second à la mode, from My Favorite Things, for this month to be revealed!! The second set this month is called You Are Unrepeatable.....so cute! If you aren't familiar with the à la modes line, here are some details:
-the à la modes are drawn by Amanda Baird
-they are now available as clear stamps, so MFT is not able to bring them to you for $9 a set!
For my card tonight, I paired my image with the Echo Park For the Record line. I stamped her on an X-Press It Blending card, and then colored her with my Copics. She was then layered with Black Licorice, Red Hot, and Lemon Drop. I used some MFT black plaid ribbon, Michael's brads, and a Creative Express Spiral Clip. My sentiment was cut out using the First Place Award Ribbon Die-namics. Just for fun, I used my Charcoal Twine and laid it over what would be headphone cord....so fun!
For the inside, I used more of the same supplies, the First Place Ribbon Die-namics, and more of the same brads. I also used the Stacked Open Scalloped Die-namics.
I also combined my peek with this week's Ribbon Carousel Crew challenge! This week's challenge was to use your FAVORITE coloring medium....and we ALL know mine is Copics!! For more details on that challenge, check it out here!
Well, that is it for me for now!! Be sure to check out Kim's blog for a full list of designers participating in today's peeks!!
