This first one was made using the first World Card Making Day challenge on SCS as well as the WCMD challenge in the My Favorite Things forum. The first challenge was a sketch, so I used it with my new Annie LaPoint image, Chives. I stamped the image on watercolor paper and used my SU markers to color it in. It was then layered with Sage Shadow and Chocolate Chip ink and the edges were sponged. The card base is Chocolate Chip, Sage Shadow, and some DP I got at the Paper Pretties boutique. I used plain strips of Sage that I had sponged and pierced to make the panels required for the sketch. I then took some SU Chocolate and Cream taffeta as well as some Chocolate gingham(non SU) and tied them around the panels. The brads and spiral clip are form one of the old SU Hodgepodge Hardware kits(Antique Brass).
Well, that is it for my first card!! Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!!
