Besides using the new CS about Art set, I used the ADORABLE new Artist Palette and Brush Die-namics. There are several different shaped blobs for cutting out the paint splotches, so I used Red Hot, Orange Fizz, Lemon Drop, Sour Apple, Night of Navy, Grape Jelly, and Black Licorice. My brush was cut out twice, once with Black Licorice, and once with Fossil. I pieced the brush together to make it look like a brush with a handle. My paper is the MME On the Bright Side Line, which I LOVE! I used Sweet Tooth Grosgrain, and some Maraschino Twine, as well. My brads are from Michael's. For the border on the side, I used the new Squiggle Border Die-namics...what a TON of fun this month's die-namics are!!
My card is also for this week's new iSpy sketch challenge, which you can find on the iSpy blog!! It is SO much fun!!
For the inside, I used the same supplies!
Here are the Die-namics I have used:

ReplyDeleteSo pretty!!!!! Love that yummy green!!!
ReplyDeleteI love the double bows... particularly the way the baker's twine repeats both the color scheme of the red & white polka dot patterned paper, and the striped quality of the rainbow chevron patterned paper.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I really like the choice of using a white palette, which makes the "paint" colors pop against it, and helps bring it into the forefront, making it the focal piece.
Love how you added the twine to your bow!
