Correction- I Was Wrong...

Hey everyone, and welcome to day four of this month's new release teasers from My Favorite Things. Tonight we are showing off three new sets: Claire Keay's- You Had Me At Woof, Just My Type, and Inspired By-Up, Up, and Away. I had a hard time choosing which set I wanted to use...they are all SO FABULOUS, but I finally settled on Just My Type!!! Before we get to my card, here is all the need to know info!!

Here are the details about the upcoming release on May 3 at 10 PM EST:

  • The MFT release is on May 3 at 10 PM EST. You can attend the release party from 8-10 PM EST here in the forum for fun, games, and prizes! All the new sets and dies will be available on May 3 at 10 PM EST.

For my card tonight, I started by using my Just My Type's Die-namic to cut out my typewriter and paper. I cut it out BEFORE I stamped it, out of Very Vanilla cardstock, and then stamped my image and sentiment with Memento Tuxedo Black. My paper is from the Lilybee Designs This&That pack. I paired it with Black Licorice and Wild Cherry card stock. My ribbon is from MFT, and my brads are from American Crafts. I used the new Decorative Doily Duo to create my doilies. My sentiment....well, it's why I chose to use this set. Not so much for what it says on the front, because I HATE admitting when I am wrong....but for the inside. It is LOL!!


For the inside, I used more of the pretty paper, and the new Scalloped Ribbon Die-namic. My sentiment...well, it just cracks me up.

    Very nice card - I like your red and black doilies -usually people only make them in very light colours your really add to the image
