Hello everyone, and welcome to my FAVORITE day of teasers!! It's PURE INNOCENCE day!! Today we have 5 new Pure Innocence sets to show you, of which, I have used TWO. They are TO DIE FOR this month, and I KNOW one that I used in particular is going to be WAY popular!! Before we get to my cards, here is some need to know info!!
Today, there is a prize hidden on one of the designer's blog posts. As you make your way through the Teaser Time posts, simply leave a comment on each blog, for your chance to win one of two $10 gift vouchers being given away today. A winner will be chosen from the comments on the pre-selected blog before tomorrow's teaser list goes live, and will be posted on Kim's blog HERE. Be sure to check tomorrow to see if YOU are the winner. You can play along each day for your chance to win. We will be giving away TEN vouchers this week! As always, you can find the master list of participating designers HERE on Kim's blog.
For my first card, I used the new Pure Innocence- Warm Fuzzies. It was stamped on an X-Press It Blending card, and then colored with my Copics. I layered her with So Saffron, Celery, and Bashful Blue. I then used the new Dizzy Doily Die-namic to cut out a piece of Delicate Dots DP from SU. All my ribbons are SU, and my brads are from Michaels.
For the inside, I cut one of the images out of some more of my DP, and then used the new Sweet Stack Die-namics to create my sentiment panel. I actually used the top oval panel, the sentiment panel, on the front of my card, as well.
For my second card, I used the new Pure Innocence- Girl Scout....she is gonna be a popular one!! I grew up in a "girl scout" family, so the organization is near and dear to my heart. It brought my family together when I was a child, and kept us close, while we had some amazing adventures. I attended GS camp with BOTH my parents, and ALL my siblings every summer, even my poor brother. LOL!! He was our camp mascot...and with his super dark tan, bleach blond hair, and WINNING smile...he was a favorite of ALL the girls at camp, young and old...of course, he still is. :) I used some Echo Park Life Is Good pp, paired with Celery and Wasabi card stock. My image was stamped on an X-Press It Blending card, and then colored with my Copics. I used some SU ribbons, and the Oval Chain Die-namic for my border.
On the inside, I used more of the same, and a saying from the founder of the girl scouts, as well.
Well, that is it for me for now!! Thanks for stopping by!! Before you go, here is all the need to know info!!
